I am just starting to learn this software and want to show how a project can be changed by reallocating resources.

How can I create the imperfect model? Each time I allocate the units, the program automatically tries to update the gantt chart. I want to show the before and after. The help file is typically unhelpful and gives no clues.

There's a "Microsoft Project for Dummies" book. You're right, the HELP file is very cryptic, and the book helped me out many times.
