Question My mother in law has lost her land paper for a package of land that she owns can she get it replaced at the land office. She has full owernship of the land and wants to sell it, but cannot find the paper?

Should be possible, I believe you only ever get a copy of the document anyway, land office keeps the original.

She will need to make a police report saying it is lost, the police will complete the report and confirm her identity, then she can go to the land office for a replacement.
