Please Jing Joe, I am not a doctor, but was informed clearly by mine at a time, when another issue (fixed) could lead to similar cramps. I post spontaniously because i think YOU SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR. The point is - I do not want to scare you but comfort you. that sounds like a relevant lack of calcium. at least some time. the cramps you tell us seem to be typical. Yet they may occure for a different reason. Again i am not a doctor. magnesium uses the same channels as calcium. yet you can't go without calcium. No. Little cramps may not be a problem, (scary) but you do not know of the cause of calcium lack or may it get worse. The doctors at the time of my situation kept me in the hospital just to be safe, if there would be an effect. BECAUSE in the worst case you get fast into a state you cannot do much and get into heavy agony that leads to even death if nobody cares for you well. I told them, there will be somebody all the time. They said, fine, but to get the necessary treatment when it goes that bad, i have come to the hospital. and i may have only 15 minutes! or less. mostly it isnt too bad, still you should get checked and get the proper medication. before there is problem. best wishes and most of the stuff can be fixed well today -

That's a bit of twisted logic there, in my view. what sticks with me, are the simple words of one Republican Senator, who said he was deeply trouble by the vote, which puts the US on the same side as Russia and North Korea". "These are not our friends. This posture is a dramatic shift from American ideals of freedom and democracy,". Never in the modern history, in fact ever since the formation of the UN has America walked away from its international responsibilities. Today should be a day of shame for Americans. -
