Actually this is how I always thought religion worked. Religion after all is based on faith. Faith would not do well with a question mark attached to it which presumed a choice of more than one.

Personally I have no problem with any religion from Agnostics to Zoroastrians

After all no worshiped God ever took pen to paper. So all religions are based on the teachings/beliefs of which ever avatar/historian they choose to acknowledge.
