Turtles and baby Sharks released into the Sea to honor Her Majesty The Queen

SATTAHIP: -- Turtles and sharks were released into the sea on Tuesday Afternoon to celebrate the Birthday of Her Majesty the Queen. The event took place at the Sattahip Navy base and was presided over by Admiral Supagon, the Commander of the base. He began by paying homage to Her Majesty in a short ceremony.

In the afternoon an impromptu market sprung up with specials on grapow luk dtow and tom yum luk chalam.

Overall the day was a big success.

What species where the sharks ?

I would presume great whites or tiger sharks as a natural counter of the surging tourist population.

..was it a good idea to release two members of the food chain at the same time!

..I hope the turtles got a head start!
