The shop opposite Doi Tung Coffee Shop has smoked ribs for sale in their fridge.

They are arroy mak grilled or in soup. Not cheap at 240B but they are large packs.

Also Big C has a new cheese section, also not cheap, but it comes in small treat size packs. It's in the deli section, a girl is there to to advise you on your choice. (No tasting though, cheese or girl... :( )

It's hard to get the good stuff, I have been trying the different bacon's lately, CP and Tesco's are bot wet cured and pretty terrible, lots of fat on the Tesco one, I noticed Bangkok meats had one in Tesco and will try that next, it was the more expensive of the three per 100gm. But still looking for a good dry cured bacon.

Back in the day I had the plans ready for a do it yourself home smoker.

Health issues and dieting has reduced my bacon intake to the point where even a little liquid smoke injected product tastes good.

Are they really smoked or injected with liquid smoke and par boiled ones?

Liquid smoke ain't all bad. Had for the first time witrh some ribs in Oman two weeks ago
