How Do You Switch Between English And Thai Keystrokes?

Featured Replies

I know that you need to install Thai language when you install Windows but how do you set up your computer so that when you hit a certain key, like ~ that it will switch from english to thai and then back again?

thanks

What will my wife like better, pattachote or kedemee?

What will my wife like better, pattachote or kedemee?

Ask her ...

Hi Chunky 1,

Most likely kedemee..but yeah ask her. In win7 the default key combination is alt/shift (pressed together) You can reset it, but why bother, it's simple enough.

Which version of Windows are you running? It makes a difference as to what to do. Win 7 is simple, but XP and Vista you can enable the language bar by right ckicking on the tool bar and checking the option. Then it is at the bottom right of the t-bar. You click on it to select Thai or English - the latter normally being the default. Good luck. PS: Kedemee is more commonly used. Be aware that if your wife is surfing in T/L you need good spam/virus protection. I can recommend Panda Cloud as a very good free download, that doe not chew resources like most others. I am online 24/7 for 5 months with this and not a prob so far..
