Trump tells Americans ‘it won’t be easy’
At this point, no one really knows how it will play out. You can guess, but that's all it would be. A guess. My guess: if everything starts to go bad, Trump will alter his course. Or perhaps, congress will step in. You can. bet that between congress and the Fed and the other Central Banks round the world, no one is going to sit back and watch indefinitely while the system goes up in smoke. Things don't work that way. -

What is your idea of superfoods?
Yuck! B&M baked beans in molasses , fry in some onions and cut up fried hot dogs. Only thing missing is nice soft bread & butter. -

PETITION to Urge Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to immediately ban COVID vaccines and investigate
The issue addressed here was the media-driven lie that he had recommended household bleach, and the people's propensity to believe that lie without question. -

Difficulties foreigners face entering Mae Sot and surrounding areas
I think I'll be fine and so will a friend who is meeting me there but coming from a different direction. I'll update and let you know how it went. I'm usually good at talking to Thai officialdom and getting my way. I also called my Thai colleague (business partner) who I'll also be catching up with and he assures me it should all be OK. I also understand that foreigners driving their own vehicles (Thai registered of course) are much more likely to be allowed through than those entering by public transportation or say a van with driver, as those are the modes of transportation used by scammers, particularly the latter. A scam victim obviously doesn't have a car in Thailand, much less would they abandon it to cross the border illegally to Myanmar as that wouldn't make any sense. I'm a westerner, which helps, since very few scam victims are westerners. The vast majority are Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai, Cambodian, Indian, African etc. -

British Man Arrested After Violent Outburst in Phuket
No matter what people say about how harmless weed is, the relaxation of drug laws was a huge pull for low lifes and trouble makers. It just sends out a message that it's a country where you can do anything you like, and that's a real attraction for scumbags like the one in the OP. Although he's probably on something like yaba. His behaviour is similar to the young Brit who died while being restrained a couple of weeks ago.
