I am looking to buy a netbook and have seen Fortune IT and another place called Banana ? mentioned on this forum before, does anyone know where these places are please ? or can anyone recommend another IT place for netbooks etc, I dont really want to go to Panthip and play "dodge the scam".

Thanks in advance for any help.

Maybe someone could recommend a good online store so i dont have to travel at all ? (not interested in importing)

If BananaIT has the same prices nationwide they are silly expensive on most their stuff, I know my local BananaIT is that's why I say this. Fortune I believe is a mall in Bangkok, no idea about the address.

Yes, Banana IT is a store chain, they have several branches in Fortune Town IT Mall, but I have never been moved to buy anything from them.

Fortune Town is on Rachadaphisek Rd, West side, just north of the Intersection with Rama IX. The Western exit of Phra Ram 9 MRT station is directly outside it.

Actually as said they have a number of shops in Fortune Town, Ratchada; and from my experience are not more expensive than other places.

Actually all the shops mentioned are moderately expensive.

The best I've come across is JIB. They have an online store with the lowest prices I've seen and a very good range of stuff.

Making a 90 day report first time in a few years.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?
