Crossy
I believe Sky Player is only available to the UK (someone correct me please). If this is the case it's only accessible via a VPN or a proxy Discussion of the uses of these techniques to bypass copyright or government blocks is prohibited by Thaivisa rules. Darrel
I believe Sky Player is only available to the UK (someone correct me please). And Ireland, AFAIK. VPN is the answer, of course.
citizen33
You need about 2MB broadband in the Uk to receive this without lags - so my guess is that only people with a really good BB connection in Thailand will have a chance of a good result. Even in the UK this needs a good landline connection to work properly. I prefer to watch the footy in the pub anyway.

Just to complete the picture, this is for live programmes, but if you download the SkyPlayer software (as opposed to just connecting via the net with no application on your PC) you can download 'on demand' programmes to playback later. I guess that would work in Thailand but it is no good for football because most matches are not available for later on demand viewing.
