February 15, 201115 yr Some of the local Iranian restaurants DO serve beer! This is Pattaya, not Mecca. Nayeb doesn't. It is right next door to the Beverly Plaza Hotel 59/35 Phratamnak Rd., South Pattaya Another very good choice for Iranian food is SAED Restaurant. 2nd road just north of Pattaya Klang. Also no booze.

O wow, i stand corrected!! Iranian restaurant serving beer...times are a changing. I have heard that back during the time of the Shah, restaurants in Iran did serve alcohol.
