Spying On My Wife

There was recently a thread (which I searched for, but couldn't find) about spying on bitches (the OP's dogs) which had some great replies regarding web cams and simple software.

All I want to do is take a web cam still image every minute or so to see how long she spends on the phone or bloody Facebook instead of caring for our baby.

ps. those of you who want to add your opinion about how I deal with this, or how much worse it could be, or how I should employ a PI or something else off-topic, should just click elsewhere on TV. I want to know about the software, and that's it.
