A Question Thaksin Will Not Answer

webfact

Recommended Posts

Where there's smoke there is usually fire. People should do the math and realize that this election is so very important and that Thailand has a huge chance to change it's political story. I hope the Thai voters have matured during these past turbulent years and do the right thing for themselves. Thaskin is a brilliant person and it is just to bad he chose the darker side of life. He could have kept Thailand on the move forward, which sadly has to happen.

Quite possibly he could still be the key to keep Thailand on the path forward. If he does go to jail, or his plans get ruined, then he will be the biggest example of failed corruption, and set a precedence for all Thai's, that even the biggest, most corrupt person is not above the law, and that those who are corrupt do not always win; as well as showing that Thai's can have some faith in their government and justice system. He could still be the biggest catalyst for social change here, which would be an amazing thing!!!!

However, if he does come out victorious here, then it's going to be a dark day for all of us in Thailand, both Thai's and farang. I see a future Cambodia, with a Thaksin, Hunsein family party at the disputed temple!!! The fat cats having champagne while the countries go down the proverbial toilets.

What about the old German submarines purchased by the current government? No money laundering there, surely..

Can you explain further because I cant see the link. Whereas with Thaksin I can clearly see the theft, the muirder, the corruption, the lying andc the cheating

Were you on the jury for Thakins trial? Or is that "hamg him on the rumor"

I still believe the surest way that the Dems can win the election, is by providing an amnesty/organising Thaksins sentence to a suspended sentence....and make him an "Advisor" to the newly elected Democrat Government. (basicly steal PTP prime trump card).

There is no disputing his business and organising expertise. He would be an asset to any Govt. but if he puts a foot wrong he is easliy grabbed and gets locked up again. An implanted electronic tag would .signal where he is at any point in time.

"Were you on the jury?"

That begs the question ..... Do you know much about the judicial process in Thailand?

If you think that allowing any side to whitewash Thaksin is a safe political move ......

Human rights violation, Tak Bai, evil wizards and Khmer Rouge Hun Sen, war on drugs. 1500 deaths, 2000 deaths, 2500 deaths, 3000 deaths, Krue Sae mosque, new social order, motocycle mafia, vote buying, the boys in brown, double pricing, Feng Shui, no beer after 2, Casinos in Cambodia, selling Thalands assests to Singapore, his divorce in Hongkong, a passport from Uganda, the Finland declaration, terrorism, Interpol and so and so on.

What about that? Have you that forgotten? There are videos on youtube!

If he's such an "expert" why did "Cambodia" drop him? There were no rumors here. He was convicted by the court on facts not fiction. And if I'm not mistaken the court were the Judges appointed by HRM. I sense a "T" lover here.

Well yes, when it comes to running businesses that enjoy a complete monopoly in the market place. Would be interesting to see how successful he would be were he to head up a business that was open to competition on a level playing surface.

I don't know of one business that will level a playing field to encourage the opposition....... ......in fact most would appear to strive to have continuous advantage over any competition

And in Thaksin's case, use extremely illegal means to do it. That's not business sense. That is called organized crime, and I suppose based on your logic you would support Al Capone's business tactics as well. What a great business man he was...clearly a good role model for our children.

Example: Order the Thailand EXIM BAnk to loan several billion Baht to the thug generals in Myanmar, so that the thug generals can buy big money equipment from a shin associated company. As said, not the examples of morals and ethics that I would like my son to see in national leaders.

Prachai Leophairat is speaking English and very clearly so listen to why he rates Thaksin as being smarter than Hitler.

Thaksin Shinawatra more evil than Saddam Hussein of Iraq and smarter than Adolf Hitler with his secret genocide?

CO2 Secret of Thai genocide

Sick reporters laugh at genocide as they sip on their beers in the FCCT.

Learn how Thaksin was behind the recent Tak Bai genocide where almost 900 villagers were suffocated by each other's carbon dioxide in terror truck trips.

In this 1 minute clip Sir Prachai Leopairat leader of the Machima Party explains at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand why ousted ex Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra owner of Manchester Football Team is more devious and demonic than both Saddam and Hitler. I don't want to spoil the video, you must watch it to find out!

He also explained Thaksin's other crimes such as the Thaksin floatation of the baht and the Thaksin Soros scam. Thaksin embezzlement, Thaksin money laundering, Thaksin tax evasion, Thaksin media meddlling and Thaksin plundering.

1. Sure there's bribery, corruption all around us, corporations and whatever, and I'll say again I would like my son to see some role models with values, and hopefully one would be the national leader

2. Because it's all around us doesn't mean it's ok.

Looks to me like four convictions and pending cases concerning possible insider dealing..........is that a major crime in Thailand?

I guess it is lucky he did not have a TV cookery show....could have been in real trouble......

Even the ogre Samak didn't face this:

BANGKOK (AFP) -- A Thai court on Tuesday approved an arrest warrant for fugitive ex-premier Thaksin Shinawatra on terrorism charges, which carry a maximum penalty of death, in connection with recent violent protests.

Thai Court Approves Arrest Warrant Against Thaksin On Terrorism Charge

You think he'd be going through all his efforts to avoid monetary corruption cases? For him, this is a fight to the death.

.

Well he did intimate he would be back in Thailand.........perhaps this will ensure his return.....

Meanwhile Yingluck can continue to gather her support for PT to form the next government.......:)

He also intimated that his return is solely dependent upon his being exonerated as a pre-condition.

If he does return and he is cleared off his prior convictions and preemptively of his future cases, I think most expect trouble.

Didn't he tell the reds that he'd be there with them when the first bullet was fired? (and since he controlled that, he obviously knew when it would be ......) He's like Arisaman ... always saying he'll return/turn himself in ... yet still nowhere to be found in the kingdom!

I thought there was only one person, a highly respected person who could "absolve" this crook?

Ah Supreme Court be damned if Taksins family get to run the place (again).

Pardon's and an amnesty are different things legally ... Thaksin can't be pardoned (now) under the current system ... the government (any) could pass a law or even attempt to amend the constitution ... which would, of course, create more problems than it solved --- except for one person.

K.T. sold Manchester City to a Dubai friend. UK blocked the money from this transfer because K.T didn't pay the Tax. His Dubai friend fought back and blocked some money in Dubai. This is what I heard, I cannot quote. Al Djaseera can.

I doubt any government would pass a law to appease one person.......so how could this amnesty possibly get pushed through.......unless your tunnel vision has missed a few others that may benefit from a lifting of the carpet and a swift brush stroke.........
