True Visions

Hi Guys,

I have just moved to Thailand and need some help with True Visions. The girlfriends condo in Bangkok use to have the Unversial Channel (I am a fan of Law and Order) but we are staying up in Roi Et and have taken the True Vision Gold Package but I can't find the Unversial Channel only the Diva Unversial Channel. Can someone tell me where it is or is it part of another package or company. We tried to find out at the True Shop in Roi Et without any success, the girl had no idea.

Also the discovery and Nat Geo channels seems to be in Thai, I am sure when I stayed in the hotels in Bangkok these channels were in english.

The universal channel is not listed on any of True Visions packages (Google their web site.)

The best law & order channel in my opinion is CI investigation but im sure you can only get this Channel on Astro.

If you Check your remote you might find that you can have the channel in Thai or English,check Audio on your remote

Universal is now Diva Universal.

It's mostly a womens channel now, Oprah and soppy love movies type stuff. I don't think Law and Order is on any channel now. You can check out the listings on their website.

They have Law and Order: SVU on Fox Thailand, but if it's the original Law and Order never seen it on True Visions.

Universal is on many of the cable networks across Thailand, so maybe that is what she had in her apartment in Bangkok but as others have said above of all the Universal channels (there are a few of them including syfy) the only one on TrueVisions is Diva Universal.

I have a new box downstairs and get Fox, the box upstairs is years old cannot get HD channels and no Fox No Law and Order or NCIS ....... Likewise CI channel so maybe that is also on HD ?

There are settings in your settop box which allows you to set the audio language default. I expect you box is currently setup to default to Thai as the 1st audio versus English. It's easy to change; just read up on your box settings and how to change them.

Did another scan last night and found these channels, so added them.

If you have not got them do a scan... Fox was on Thaicom 2/5 KU channel '408'

Many new channels arrive from time to time you have to scan and see then add them.
