That one came right out of the back passage. :D There was nothing in the photo to help, as I couldn't ID that big domed building.

Cardiff was about 200 kms from Bedford, so I took a guess.

The big domed building as you've probably since discovered is the

Wales Millenium Centre................Well done and have a shot sir.
