Difficult question to answer, You, sort of, are on the cusp. I would think, though , that you would get more response ,by posting on the Chiang Mai forum, What you could do , is try it out by posting on both and see which gives you the better information.

' afarang ' is probably right if you want quicker responses, Chiang Mai is 300km from Uttardit and considered capitol of the North and a bigger forum.
