It takes some time for the buffers (in your PC) to clear in the older posts. Same with members who have looked at your older posts recently. Take a few days to sort itself out.

Just looked at one of your posts from last month and the new avatar is in place.

Yes, that old avatar was somewhat gross ..... :bah:

Funny thing is that right now I am away from our desk top and using my web-book. Now I see the the old avatar.... :bah:

Can easily solve this by <Control F5> or go into your system tool box and clear the old browser files. just used the Control F5 and that cleared the old avatar ... :P

Control F5 usually works but if not, it can also be cached on your ISP's servers and when they re-cache the new one will show.
