My wife, made substantually worse, an old shoulder injury when she 'hacked' in the rough some while ago now. So looks like an MRI is required...can someone recommend where to have it done and get a quality report, recommend a good guy in this field..thanks.

Where do you live? Most of the provincial hospitals in Thailand and certainly the larger private ones do also, MRI reports are usually read by the radiographer first and then by the referring doctor second so there's two level of expertise to interpret the results.

See an orthopedic specialist first, an MRI is not necessarily called for.
