Anyone else have one ? How do you get one?? Get a Robinson's Visa card but interestingly you have to be less than 60 to apply. Strange but true. OK I bite. What is a smart card? I know what it is in the US (chip embedded CC) but Thailand???
November 5, 201114 yr Author I have their discount card, it covers Tops as well. I don't think that is the same
November 5, 201114 yr Author The smart card here in Thailand was invented for all people to get all the public services including health care etc. One could show it instead of the ID card. As far as I know now too many people, most from Myanmar, abused the card. So the card is discontinued.

Did the privileges include residency? I seem to recall it was expensive and no one wanted any part of it.
