Thermometer

Anybody has any idea where I can buy a thermometer like in the picture? It is a screw in for a smoking vessel. I know where to buy a magnetic one, but I need the temp inside the vessel for smoking eel, mackerel etc.

Try the Kitchen Equipment shop near the Menrai Monument (Ha Yaek).

They make their own ovens and such and may have them there.

It could be a hard one if it's custom made for the smoker.

thread size does not matter because you have to make the hole etc. yourself.
