November 18, 200520 yr I'm looking for a good drycleaner who can press (not iron) pants and the occasional suit. I prefer a location east of downtown between the ping and the superhighway. Thanks in advance.

December 4, 200520 yr Can you tell me the difference between pressing and ironing please? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are you serious, you really don't know? Ask your Mum/wife/g/f
December 5, 200520 yr Author Ironing -- relative motion between the hot surface and the cloth; pressing -- no relative motion. Its not good to iron worsted wool becuase it will tend to look shiny after a while. P1P, I tried one of the the places you recommend called Chiang Thai cleaners. I was told that they were as good as the other place but much cheaper (3 pairs of pants for 100 baht). The pants looked good but since I didn't drop them off myself, I wasn't able to verify if they were pressed or ironed. Thanks. I'll keep looking for one east of the river and post if I find anything.
