In the event of your death
This is aimed at expats who live alone , particularly in Pattaya or Chiang Mai or Cebu or Da Nang or Siem Reap If you live in a Condo by yourself, do you have a Will or any instructions to a local Lawyer Who checks up on you to see if you are still alive ? Do you have any instructions to your family back home if you don't answer your messages? -

VOA, third friendship bridge
Hi all, Quick question. I'm between visas at the moment. My situation; I live in Phuket, have been on a marriage visa from 2019 until October last year. Working on getting my Non B through my own company. Meanwhile I have been doing VOA at Ranong - Myanmar without any problems. For Songkran I'm in Nakon Phanom at the moment for Songran, and want to do a Visa run. Looking up some information and I read Laos required a night sleep, and new rules (2025) say you can only do twice of the runs in a year (I hope a calender year). Is this true? Can I bypass this with an agent? My agent in Ranong says he can fix me up, but I drove all the way here, and would like to do it here. Any help appreciated!! -

British Fugitive Arrested in Phuket After Violent Brawl in Bangkok
"Most of the young criminally minded or violent kids are bad ." Yes, I would agree with that one - I've never heard of a "young criminally minded or violent kid" that is "good"! 🙂 -

Is true in UK a car can park in front of your garage or driveway, blocking use of it?
Yes, happened to me once. Found a car parked in my driveway and police were called. They said it was acivil matter and I shouldn't attempt to clamp it, damage it etc. Useless. But it seems you can have it towed away, though the advice is ambiguous. The snake who left his crappy Merc in my driveway came early morning to get it so I never found out who it was. Welcome to soft touch UK
