More of the story is at http://www.avweb.com/eletter/archives/avflash/2135-full.html but I am not sure if he sustained his injuries during the initial strike or when he hit the cliff under canopy. I suppose hitting rock at 130 mph would leave a nasty scrape so likely it happened then. And yes, that other video is great too.... The absolute peak of adventure sports!

But is it just looped on his bat or bat & balls? Watching them move that van...... Could come in handy in Thailand with all those double parked cars you have to move
