I understand that VTC is a commercial broadcaster, so what does it mean that they go free to air.

Has someone in Vietnam pushed the wrong button or is this rather a sign that they are upgrading their encryption, same as True visions did last year, and they have to go temporarily FTA to limit the inconvenience for their customers during this process ?
