Ais Unwanted Texts And Subscriptions

Featured Replies

I recently recieved a subscription offer from AIS that signed me up to some tone thing for a month free then if I didn't cancel it would cost me xxx month, I called them at my expence and told them I did not wish to recieve any more offers or free subscriptions, I also demanded to money back for the 70baht call I had to make to cancel and made a very strong complaint, this is obviously a scam and is extremely distasteful considering that if every customer has to call them to cancel something they didn't want in the first place AIS will be making lots of money.

So here I am 2 weeks later and get another text, problem is it is in Thai and my phone or me doen't read Thai, it has a *199# at the end indicating some kind off service

I find this all extremely annoying
