Those little trucks with the very long hoses that drive around on the lookout for a place full.

Just want to know before I flag one down as dun wanna be shafted by the pooh pumper guy.

Oh no...you've reminded me of a long conquered love of corned beef, tomato (lots of pepper) and salted peanut sandwiches...

Thanks for reminding me...I have a slab of corned beef in the freezer....not sure how to cook it or if it is already cooked....presume not cooked.

So...corned beef and mustard sauce....or corned beef and pickled onion sandwiches....mmmmm

Put it in a pan of water and bring it to the boil, then tip the scummy water off and replace with fresh. Add an onion, whatever herbs and spices you fancy and simmer for a while... about one hour of every pound weight.

Eat hot with mash and veg or cold with mustard or pickles.
