Need Official Translation Of Passport

Featured Replies

In need of an official translation of my US passport. Anyone know of an office in Chiang Rai where this can be done?

Many thanks

Four Lens Tour

Price (one year ago) 800 Baht per page. You will have to wait one day for the translation if the senior person is not present.

Four Lens Tour is located at Mae Kon intersection, South side of CR town. This is the intersection where road 1020, coming from Thoeng, crosses the N1 highway and becomes Phahonyothin road. To reach Four Lens Tour by vehicle requires an approach from Phan (driving North) on the the N1 highway. Pull off the road (park) before the traffic lights or you will have to make another approach.

In my case I had to give the Amphur a translation of the photo page to obtain a yellow tabian baan. The translation is a repetition of each item/word on the page in Thai language (e.g. country, type, number). Most items are numbered (e.g. surname, given name, nationality,...) and these are listed by number. It is basically a list of words followed by your particulars in Thai language.

At the bottom is a stamp 'Certified Correct Translation' with the name and signature of the translator.

If the translation is for use outside Thailand it needs the seal of the Thai Consul in Bangkok.
