Visa Exempt 30 day extension
Doesn't take long to find MANY posts regarding Jomtien. Here is one from random thread from @Rob Browder "Also, if one is applying for the 90-Day Non-O in Thailand, you don't need to "season" the money for 2 months for this - only for the 12-month extension. Same-day 800K in the bank is fine for the initial 90-Day Non-O. The exception in Jomtien , where the lady who operates that desk will insist on non-rules seasoning OR a 15K Baht cash payoff - that scam being ongoing for many years -

Proper Size for LED Flood Lights Around House
My house in the Maprachan are was broken into while I was away. They stole the water pump, which I have temporarily locked inside until I improve security around my house. I had CCTV cameras installed last week. Next is flood likghts around the peremeter of the house -- rear, and both sides, and the front. The land is almost 1 rai and the house is 2 story. The side yards are narrow, 20+ meters long and 5 meters wide. The front is small, as the house is positioned close to the road in the front -- if positioned correctly, I think 20W should be adequate for the front. The back is large with a pool. Can someone recommend the "best" size (in Watts) for flood lights? I am sure that 10W is too small; 50W may be OK for the back, but could be too much, as I really want light on the area around the house, and not for the entire back yard. I think, given what I have read, that 20W - 30W should be find for the sides. Will (F) 20W, (S) 20W, (S) 20W and (B) 30W be ok? The cost of the lights is not a major concern, but I would like to keep the running cost to a minimum. Can someone confirm what I am thinking is correct or correct me? Thanks a lot. TL -

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
No idea but BYD Buriram did some chasing for us and that's the point we started seeing progress. I will of course be changing companies when the policy expires. -
