Featured Replies

Some very nice places in Turkey to visit, will be a great holiday for those Thais who can afford the flights, and want to explore somewhere new.

Amazing Thailand a very nice route into Europe has just opened up,interesting.

Flights will now go through the roof with Turkish Airlines.

I have been looking at visiting Turkey as a stopover to the UK. Had concerns with wife getting a visa.

Not a problem now.

I know people in Turkey that I would like to visit.

I visited Istanbul when I was about thirteen, have good memories.

Istanbul is one of my 6 favourite cities of the world (and of course great antiquity and beaches elsewhere). [London, Paris, New York, Buenos Aires, Hong Kong]. Yes Mr Red, great layover potential, but it needs Turkish Airlines to come out of the normal no-stopovers fare structure for economy flights that many airlines seem to adopt.

I'm always amazed why national flag carriers adopt this policy - surely the tourist arms of their sponsoring Governments should have sorted this out?

thats a nice gesture for thai's to visit turkey considering the referee of the kaew vs zou fight at the olympics was from um um please refresh my memorycheesy.gif
