Here we go again, last year i posted I am ready to build !! but my post got hijacked so I am ready to build again, reason being we did not go ahead with the original builder but have now found what we deem to be a far more reliable one (time will tell). I have the outline plans if anyone wants to view and pass comment both negative and positive comments appreciated.

I am going to need help with Electrics 100% and maybe plumbing windows security etc. House is in Khorat so any sparkys out there in that area offering advice would be great. So 1st question is would you bring lights switches etc from UK or buy in Los 2nd is what should I supply in way of safety ie earthing etc.3rd is I am thinking of having downlights in most rooms what is your opinions on this??

more questions to follow. ps the main pole for blessing etc should be going in this month and then we will start building late Jan early Feb.
