Do you have a copy of the treaty, you CAN DO a lot verses not being a treaty registered company. not to mention easier access and less hastly on restricted "things" you can import into Thailand, with the hassel on the U.S. end.

An officila copy of the treaty can be downloaded from the Thailand Embassy site in Washington D.C. in Thai and English, both of which are certified the same.

The Treaty is an agreement between His magisty the King of Thailand and Lindon B Johnson President of the United States.

I have used the advantages of being a Treaty Company on many occations.

Make sure you read the treaty, it's intent, your rights under the treaty. What do you have to loose? The U.S. Embassy will handle the paper work for you.

Roumors abound, yes the treaty is still in effect!

Good Luck
