The distance from the road a wall can be built on your land? heard it was soemthing like 7 metres form centre of road...........OK I know I can ask at the land office/head of village just wondered of anyone knew here.

Land is nor sor sam ghaw.

Would assume electric posts which run along the boundary might be the boundary marker?

Well I guess it depends where you live and whether you refer to the wall of a house or the wall of a perimeter wall.

The beginning step porch and a wall of my house from the main lane not a main road is 10M nothing to do with local regs.

The perimeter wall and fence is 1M from the road edge and the brick built garden wall is 100mm from the edge of the lane/road.

Maybe you should give more info to your question you ask and say where you are etc etc.smile.png

Do yourself a favour and ask at the tessaban. Don't rely on power poles etc. I know land that has power poles along the side of the road but also has a no building restriction for future road e4xpansion that goes back a further 10 metres from there.
