Bus Ban Phai - Bangkok Route

Featured Replies

Anyone know if Nakhon Chai Air stops at Ban Phai on Khon Kaen route? If so use own terminal or normal bus terminal? What bus service is available if not? Any recommendations? May have group of about 7 and will plan to stay at Inpawa Hotel.

Never stopped there when I have used it.

Good hotel though.

I stayed there about a year ago.

The restaurant did not open in the evening and there was not too much available within walking distance.

Ended up at 7-11 laugh.png

NCA does have a new small station down that way (south of Khon Kaen that is) on the southbound side of the road and stopped there to pick up passengers when I was on the bus late last year -- not sure of the exact location. I would call them.

NCA do indeed have a small terminal in Ban Phai, on the South bound section and I would imagine for South bound trips the bus would stop there. Not so sure for Northern trips though. However, although NCA may not call into a particular bus station they will drop you off on the roadside...though you may have to pay to Khonkaen even though you are getting off in Ban Phai. You need to inform them when you book your ticket and inform the attendant as you get on the bus.

Nca have an office on mittrapat road50 meters from the traffic lights ,past kiasin wholesale/supermarket. Opened late 2012.you can get bus there for bkk.
