U tube has many pictures and speeches by the red shirt leaders urging their followers to burn Bangkok down. They also should be charged. I am reasonably sure there is some law against inciting dumb goons to burn city's down.

During the rally: Continue with the threats of arson. Try and burn down the Channel 3 building

After the rally: Much of Siam Square goes up, along with banks, supermarkets, provincial halls and Central World.
