I was in a hospital in Bangkok with the diagnosis of a brain clot. For about 3month I was treated with wrong medicines and had to spent the time in bed. After I returned home I had to goagain into hospital with a drug poisoning. In this hospital they found out that i never had a blut clut in my brain and my symptoms came from my spinal cord that had been swallen.

I would like to know if there are ways for me to sue a doctor in Thailand for malpractice and wrong diagnosis.

There are ways but expensive and unlikely to be worth it.

Even in the West, you wouldn't get anywhere by suing unless you could show serious damages, and a lawyer would advise that the cost of suing exceeds what you could possibly get by way of settlement.

In Thailand, and as a foreigner (and, from the sounds of it, one now outside the country), your chances are close to nil.

But by all means consult a lawyer if you lke.
