Looking For Investment In A Luxury Hospitality Venture.

I'm going to try and make this short and sweet so please don't misinterpret my lack of information as a muse for a scam, I see since reading a lot other posts within this subject area there is a lot of suspicion about, which is perfectly understandable.

So here we go:

Right now my business partner and I are looking for a potential Investor to create an up class cafe within Bangkok Thong lor specifically, for full details please send me a private message, as I don't want to give a lot away especially over a public forum, we are at the moment based in the London where we co founded a Profitable Thai restaurant group (rosaslondon.com). We're looking to move back to Bangkok and open something within the hospitality business, no not a bar or restaurant something more of luxury, the marketed demographic being limited.

We have already secured £30,000 towards this new venture from an existing business partner within Rosas. We are now looking for another ฿3 million BAHT for property and refurbishment.

Im a Thai/British citizen with Hong Kong residency with a BA in LAW

My partner is a Thai citizen with british residency and MBA in business marketing

This is unique an idea (aren't they all you say), but seriously an idea which began as seed in my mind and now I just can't get rid of it until I make it happen, I have spent the last 6 months planning this venture and it has really given me the clairvoyance to pursue it and get it done.

My partner and I are familiar with the hurdles of opening a business in Thailand, as we lived in and around thailand for a combined total of 35 years, and of course can't be worse the bureaucratic red tape of opening a business in england.

To be honest we don't really know where to pitch the idea to potentials, so we're trying here, if this is not the ideal place to find an investor based in SEA then I’d really appreciate it if someone could point us into the right direction to where we can, a website perhaps specialising in this service.
