16 year old stabbed in apparent random attack in South Pattaya

PATTAYA:--A 16 year old boy was stabbed following an encounter with a gang of 6 young men on two motorbikes in South Pattaya.

Police and rescue workers were called to a roadside restaurant at the southern part of Pattaya Third Road just before 4am on Tuesday and assisted the 16 year old victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons. He had sustained a deep laceration to his left shoulder and arm and had lost a considerable amount of blood.

It was left to his 16 year old friend to explain that the pair were driving home to Central Pattaya after spending the night in Soi Sunee Plaza in South Pattaya.

Correct ! - and we also say something about "Boontje komt om z'n Loontje" - whereas in English they would refer to this as a "Double Edged Sword" !

Even-though we're being jocular here, it's a horrible thing to experience being stabbed and I sincerely hope that this young guy recovers and possibly re-thinks his, hitherto, chosen career path ?
