High Or Low Season Now In Bangkok?

Is this still high season in Bkk or is it now considered low season? Meaning, is it easy to find hotel rooms and prices reasonable? Thanks.

Its always easy to find hotels in Bangkok at decent prices. I have never had a problem at any time of the year. Maybe during Songkran things might be a bit more expensive, but i wouldnt worry about finding accomodation. :o

Low season technically, prob go up for songkran then go back down after that until Nov/Dec. :o

The Japanese have Golden Week, I think the first week in May. Most Japanese get the entire week off and they love to go on vacation during that time. I'd imagine a good number of them will head to Thailand, as much as the airplanes will hold. Don't know if that will make much of a dent in the hotel availability though or not. Anyone have any experience with how Golden Week affects the hotel availability in Thailand?
