I assume we're talking vasectomy here and not circumcision.

If so this has been the subject of many a thread, many TV members have had it done (it is a very common form of birth control in Thailand). Do a search in this forum for "vasectomy".

Cold applications afterwards do help, but I think ice cream would be a bit messy compared to ice packs. laugh.png
