You might try the AUA Language Centre, near the Dolphin roundabout. They are affiliated to Burapha University.

They have a variety of options - 90 minute sessions, four days per week, or more intensive stuff at weekends. Not sure about actual times. If you phone them and ask to speak to Richard (english guy) he will explain the options. If he's not there, the Thais in the office speak reasonable english.

If you call in to the office (it's in the Pattaya Bazaar complex) you can pick up a leaflet with all of the details.
