Most cases involving the non repayment of some sort of debt usually are considered under Civil laws. If you win after taking them to court for the repayment of the debt then you can file with the courts to appoint a prosecutor to seize assets. You have up to ten years to file with the prosecutor to seize available assets to sell at auction to repay the debt.
