It seems like there are a lot of big signs around CR promoting a variety of new condo developments.

At the far end of Jed Yod road away from the clock the entire corner that used to be 20 baht type stores are all closed and surrounded with a big fence promoting something called Green Hill Business condos....Can't see that any actual construction has begun though.

Does anyone have any idea if in fact a condo will be built on that particular site? It truly would be a very convenient location if that is the case.

As for all the others promoted I wonder how many of them are actually under construction?

This appears to be a simply complex of offices that they use a fancy name for.

The golf driving range on south side of Big C also has a newly opened Condo Project. Very nice location as it is walking distance to Central and Robinsons, as well as Big C. Also not far from Siburin Hospital in case you had too much fries at the Golden Arches. Also lots of projects by Absolute Condo being built simultaneously. One across highway near Rajabhat has one building almost completed. Another one currently under construction. Another project near old airport somewhat behind Talard Pa Kor. Another one beside Santi Withiyakhom school near Ha Yaek Poh Koon. Several others in line for construction.
