I want to rent a retail shop in Chaweng, size 60 to 100 sqm, good tourist foot traffic for

a women's fashion business. If anyone knows available space or can give serious advice

how to find such, your help is highly appreciated.

Prices can be as different as 50.000 bahts per month.

Also to get a shop contract in that size you consider, how much you want to pay for the initial contract.

Small shop size as yours, 1-2 million baht depending on location..
