Sugar Soap or equivalent - have you seen it?

Hi all, I see a thread on this a few years ago was unanswered, I wonder if anyone has since laid their hands on this or know of a Thai equivalent?

Primarily needed to have a go at tackling heavy brown water marks on bathroom tiles & tarry brown deposits under the stone, standing water vessels - just moving into a rental property that needs sprucing up but don't want to make any structural changes yet, many thanks.

Here's a description I lifted from the 'net:

"Sugar soap is made of sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate, and sometimes sodium silicate as an abrasive; several other chemicals might be added to alter the products performance or preserve it. The dry powder is similar to table sugar in appearance which gives it its name".
