Can the Dupont product Tyvek be bought in the Udon Thani area? Or available anywhere in Thailand for that matter?

I might use on it the walls-- between the exterior wall and the interior wall, in the cavity.

I suppose it could also be used in the ceiling and roof area, but I'm looking into a RADIANT BARRIER for the roof, maybe from a company called SHERAsolutions.

I'm looking to keep moisture and heat out.
