I have a condo in Bangkok but don't spend much time there. I'd love to have a motorcycle to get around in that I could store in my condo. Is there such a bike availble in Thailand that would fit in a lift so I could store it inside my condo?

A Fino or Scoopy can fit inside the lift?

Another idea is to establish a relationship with a rental outfit. Maybe they can deliver and pickup a scooter to your condo when you are in town?

I think you will find around the back/side of the condo a freight elevator, so any bike will fit.

But have you read the condo agreement, fine print?

They sure will not allow you to fit yout bike to elevator.

But pay two security guards or janitors 500 thb and they carry it from the stairs.

Just get a simple, older scooter nobody will steal and park it where everybody else parks. Or what is the issue to put it inside the apartment?

I agree, but an older Honda Wave 110i, which will blend in and with a kick-start, so no battery to worry about. Mine starts first prod after 5 months away. I put the steering lock on and that's it.

Put it in your condo and it may stink of petrol.

Depends on how big the lift is!!

I have put a Honda wave in a lift ,and left it in my Condo when away .The Condo management may not like it so be discrete .

Don't ask the condo management. Just do it (and clean up the tire tracks so the maids don't moan about it.)

If they do ask you to move it, tell them to stuff it. What are they going to do? Call the police?

dont forget to drain all petrol in the tank and all fluids if you will keep it in a condo for others safety!
