Hell yes it is. I worked out there for 4 months at 60 buck a month last year. Go look at the communist party/NGO gyms that charge 120 buck a month and compare. I luved watching the 30 something pudgy little Khmer dudes spend 5 min on a treadmill in flip-flops and gas out.
