This case sums up much of what is wrong with the Thai justice system.

It makes me sad to think that he doesn't even want to retire volunarily. How can he live with himself? He wants to continue carrying a gun every day, after whats happened?

RIP to the victim.... would this be one of those who goes around shooting his weapon off on new years, for fun?

 

However, how many accidental shooting have occurred with the excuse... I did not know it was loaded?
