I don't even understand what that means. That Soi Cowboy is a dog park because the women in it are dogs or something..? Is that the joke you're trying for..? Something about prostitutes being ugly or something..? I have no idea.

It is massively unhelpful, so there is that I guess.

  • Dogs? Bloody hell. It would have been much nicer of BMA to have allocated 47m baht for a park for children.

  • A waste of money. The whole of Thailand already is a "Dog Park" with uncontrolled pets on the loose and mangy soi dogs fed by the locals to keep the population up. Money would be better spent taking
