I have no idea if its any good? as I have no personal experience of the product. But I came across it a couple of weeks ago online.

It's a really good option...easy to apply and if you don't like it...you can also easy peel it off... I did a set of truck wheels ones in US,looked really good and this stuff is dirt cheep over there...but not the case here...I think about 850 Baht/can

Unfortunately no the shop is a small shop & has just recently started going large- but I kind of doubt they will offer powder coating as they are promoting custom paints & not Powdercoating or plasticote,
